1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the RMYS mobile application collects, how it is used, stored, and protected. By using the application you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

The application may collect the following data:

Full name and email address (for authentication)
Session credentials (access token and refresh token)
Device identifier (deviceId) for secure authentication
Location data for distance calculation and nearby media listings
Photos uploaded as part of job records
Firebase push notification token

3. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate users and manage sessions
To display job listings and media records
To send push notifications about rejected images or updates
To ensure application security and prevent unauthorized access
To provide location-based filtering and distance calculations

4. Data Storage

Session credentials (access token, refresh token) are stored in the device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences) and are never shared with third parties.

Photos and job records are transmitted to application servers only and are not permanently stored on the device.

When you log out, all local credentials are deleted from your device.

5. Location Permission

The application may request access to your device location to calculate distances to media points. Location permission is optional. If you decline, location-based features will be disabled but the rest of the application will continue to function normally.

6. Push Notifications

Notifications are sent via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Your notification token is used solely to deliver relevant alerts to your device and is not used for marketing purposes. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Credentials are stored using platform-level secure storage mechanisms. Industry-standard security measures are applied on the server side.

8. Third-Party Services

Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. The application uses the following third-party services:

Firebase (Google) – Push notification infrastructure
Application servers – Job records and session management

9. Your Rights

You may request access to the data associated with your account
You may request correction or deletion of your data
You may revoke location and notification permissions at any time
Uninstalling the application removes all locally stored data

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via an in-app notification. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
